Karen Loftus brings to her clients over twenty years of
experience in both Human Resources and Operations
Management with such companies as The Wall Street
Journal, United Airlines, and most recently as Vice
President of Human Resources, for Nautilus Insurance
Group, a property/casualty insurance company in
Scottsdale, Arizona.

Mrs. Loftus is also an adjunct professor at Keller
Graduate School of Management where she teaches
a variety of HR courses for students gaining their
MBA and Master’s in Human Resources Management.

She is a member of SHRM, ASTD, World At Work,
the Arizona Small Business Association, and is an
alumni and previous board member of Scottsdale
Leadership, Class 19.

Karen holds both a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA, and is re-certified by the Human Resources Capital Institute as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR).
